Our Air Loc™: Side Access filter housing (SASH) is designed for two stages of filtration. Made for use with either 2” OR 4” deep pre-filter and a bag/pocket filter, or a rigid cell with a 1” header.

Engineered so filters can be loaded and removed from both sides. Units are factory assembled in a “one-piece” rugged construction and reinforced with corner gussets to add extra stability.

To ensure an airtight seal, all doors are fully gasketed with a closed cell neoprene gasket and the inside of the doors and walls are lined with urethane foam to eliminate air bypass. Each SASH can be custom manufactured to fit your application, metal type, flange options, insulation, weatherproofing and custom sizing.

16 Gauge Galvanized Steel

Side Access Depths: 22-¼”, 34-¼”, or 42”

Areas where metal meets metal are sealed with a silicone compound preventing air bypass

1” Flanges on the entering and leaving sides for easy installation to the duct and air handling systems.
