Our Bolt-Lock HEPA Grid Assembly Filter Housing (HGRD) is designed for single stage air filtration. Each HGRD Housing is able to accommodate a 12” deep box style HEPA filter.

The HEPA Grid Assembly Housing is designed for sealing integrity and easy filter changeouts. HEPA filters can be changed from both sides of housing over “1” wide. The housing unit is constructed of all-welded galvanized or stainless steel. Each unit is equipped with 1” flanges for easy installation to existing air handling systems.

The Bolt-Lock system consists of four positive pressure swing arms with spring loaded clip locks that apply pressure to the filter by compressing the gasket against the filter’s frame, keeping the filter tightly sealed.

Each HEPA Grid Assembly Housing can be custom manufactured to fit your application, metal type, flange options, insulation, weatherproofing and custom sizing.
