Aerospace Series 565 Prefilter is a two pocket, self-sealing line of paint arrestor filters for paint overspray collection for any crossdraft or downdraft spray booth for the aviation market. With a high paint holding capacity, this two-ply depth-loading polyester media manages ingested paint overspray better while achieving the life characteristics that is desired. It is heat-seal welded with no stitching and incorporates a “force fit” wire ring to compress and seal the overlapping media against the frame eliminating any air or paint bypass.

Viskon-Aire has developed a unique 2-stage filter system for existing aerospace spray booths built before 10-29-1996. They offer many different pre-filter options regardless of the volume or concentration of paint, transfer efficiency, or secondary filter type.
