WHO WE ARE

Brandon began his career at Filtration Group. Founded in 1942 by his grandfather, the company grew from a small regional manufacturer to the largest privately-held filter company in the U.S. Filtration Group manufactured a wide range of filters, Including high-volume residential furnace filters and the most demanding HEPA filters for research and government laboratories.

Prior to a successful sale in 2010, Filtration Group, under Brandon’s leadership, grew to 13 plants in 5 countries around the world. It was recognized as an innovation leader in product development, operational excellence and commitment to cleaner air globally. Brandon is a member of the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, as well as the Young Presidents’ Organization, and holds several patents for various filtration products.

Dave has more than 35 years of manufacturing experience in a variety of industries, including steel, cosmetics and filtration.

Prior to Rensa, Dave worked with Pall/Danaher, Parker and Tri-Dim, the latter two as a consultant. He served as SVP of Manufacturing for Filtration Group for more than 20 years, overseeing all operations for multiple filtration and textile manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Canada and Holland. It was in this time that he implemented ISO, Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen certification programs to improve performance and create efficiencies.

Chip is responsible for the financial, tax, treasury and administrative operations of the business.

Prior to Rensa Filtration, Chip served as Chief Executive Officer and majority owner of Viskon-Aire Corp., a manufacturer of air filters for use in commercial HVAC and industrial painting applications. Viskon-Aire Corp. was purchased by Rensa Filtration in July 2017. Before Viskon-Aire Corp., Chip was a senior member of the Leveraged Finance team at Credit Suisse First Boston. There he managed day-to-day activities across a broad range of client transactions with a specific focus on high yield securities and leverage loans. He began his career with Arthur Andersen in its audit department.

Eugene is responsible for coordinating the sales and marketing for Rensa and its portfolio companies, as well as spearheading new acquisitions. Eugene has extensive experience in synthetic filtration media and high-efficiency filtration products.

Prior to joining Rensa Filtration, Eugene served as Director of Air Filtration for Berry Global focusing on high-efficiency nanofiber technologies. Prior still, he served as SVP of Sales and Marketing for Filtration Group, helping grow the company to more than $200 million in annual revenue and introducing multiple new technologies and products to the air filtration arena. He is currently an editor for Filtration News Magazine, and a previous winner of INDA’s Innovation Achievement Award.

Michael is responsible for coordinating the engineering and product development for Rensa and its portfolio companies. Michael has extensive experience in filtration media, filter development and filter test methodology.

Prior to joining Rensa Filtration, Michael served as Engineering Manager for Custom Filter, focusing on high performance designs for an OEM customer base. Additionally, he served as Senior Product Engineer for Filtration Group and led the creation efforts of multiple new technologies and products to the air filtration arena, innovations that helped to grow the company to more than $200 million in annual revenue. He is currently chair of ASHRAE Technical Committee for Particulate Air Contaminants and Particulate Contaminant Removal Equipment, Chair of ASHRAE’s Intersociety Liaison and International Standards Advisory Subcommittee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the National Air Filtration Association.
